Quality Assurance Workshop at VAC

The Canadian Council for Aviation & Aerospace is offering two Quality Assurance Workshops at Vancouver Aviation College - the Quality Systems Auditor Workshop and the Corrective Action Plans Workshop.

The two-day Quality Systems Auditor Workshop (May 2nd-3rd, 2023), provides an overview of the steps involved in the audit process. This is a key part of a Quality Assurance and Safety Management System and, upon completion of the workshop, participants will have a sound understanding of it and its importance in enhancing operational safety and improving operational performance.

The one-day Corrective Action Plans Workshop (May 4th, 2023), enables participants to develop meaningful and appropriate action plans. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will possess a thorough understanding of how to interpret findings, develop corrective actions, determine root causes, and develop preventative actions.
